Okay, so when we hear “wellness move” we sometimes think intense sweat sessions, regimented routines and obligations we HAVE to do. But here at SHEspiration, wellness begins with listening.

We want you to take this “move” this week and RESET with us.

No pace. No calories. No stress. Just YOU allowing movement to reconnect you to yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

For the woman who is tired… but wants to feel good.

#1 What is the Gentle Reset Walk?

TheGentle Reset Walk is a slow walking meditation that will guide you to unwind stress and reconnect to your body. Forget pace and distance, this walk is about slowing down and being present.

Walk mindfully by focusing on:

Your breath

Your footsteps

Your thoughts

The sound of nature if you’re walking outside

Movement that heals, not harms.

#2 Who is this wellness move for?

This is for:

  • Women with FULL SCHEDULES
  • Women recovering from burnout
  • Sensitive women who feel overwhelmed/stimulated easily, or
  • Just girls who don’t want to feel like they HAVE to workout….

If you’ve felt like working out the ‘typical’ way is overwhelming these days…THIS movement will welcome you with open arms.

#3 How long should my Gentle Reset Walk be?

There is no “perfect” length of time.

Try starting with:

  • 5 minutes
  • 10 minutes
  • 15 minutes

Some days you’ll only need these. Other days you may crave more. Listen to your body. frequency is key, not how long you practice for.

#4 Where should I do this walk?

Anywhere you feel safe and comfortable:

  • Around your neighborhood
  • In a park
  • On a walking trail
  • Even inside your home

Nature is beautiful, but not required. The magic is in your intention, not the location.

#5 What should I focus on while I’m walking?

Instead of scrolling or rushing, try this:

  • Take yourself some deep breaths
  • Take in your surroundings
  • Relax your shoulders
  • Release mental to-do lists
  • Repeat a soft affirmation like:
    “I’m allowed to slow down.”

This is your time so protect it Queen!

#6 What if I don’t feel motivated to move?

That’s ok. Sometimes motivation comes AFTER you move.

Say this to yourself:

“I’ll just walk for 2 minutes.”

“I don’t have to finish strong just as long as I move.”

“Showing up and doing something still counts.”

Every little step counts Queen.
